Principal Members James J. White -- Managing Partner James J. White has been an independent banker since 1960, specializing in advisory and intermediary services. As a private investment banker, Jim has successfully consummated billions of dollars in transactions, thereby gaining industry-wide respect and recognition as a preeminent dealmaker. Prior to his career in investment banking, Jim worked in the packaging and manufacturing industries. Jim served his country in the United States Armed Forces and attended Georgetown University. Stephen M. White -- Managing Director Stephen M. White specializes in deal origination and private capital market financing. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen held various investment banking positions at the Utilities and Project Finance Group at Manufactures Hanover Trust Limited, the Capital Markets Group at Merrill Lynch, the Financial Engineering Group at Midland Montagu Limited, and the Public Affairs Department at The Atlanta Federal Reserve. Stephen received degrees in Business Studies and in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science Graduate School. Stephen also attended Oxford University and earned a B. A. from Southern Methodist University.
